Amazing food and great atmosphere! However, our waiter was extremely disappointing. Our waiter, Julian, was consistently in a hurry- he walked past us at least 5 times (with the menus stacked at the end of the table) before taking our order. It was a busy night; however, he acted like we were inconveniencing him every time we spoke. I asked for recommendations first for dinner- he said it “depended on personal preference”- okay, then when I asked again about the desserts he essentially told me to stop asking about the menu saying that I “should know” what I like. It was our first time at that restaurant- we told him that! I have never been spoken so rudely to by a waiter, especially not for asking such a basic question! It was a early dinner for my birthday- unfortunately tainted by Julian. Would have given this restaurant five stars, if it were not for the rudeness and haste of our waiter.
Service was good. Food ok at best. Gluten free crust was soggy. We were told it was due to the veggies on the pizza. Have had gluten free with veggies at other pizzerias that was not soggy.
Great dining experience with amazing food and service. Brandi made my family feel welcome and turned what was going to be a simple meal into an awesome experience!!! We have a new favorite spot and will visit each time we’re in Galveston!!
Yummy! There were seven in our party. 2 had the buffet and the rest of us ordered from the menu. If you get the buffet, expect mostly pasta dishes. But, do yourself a favor and try some of the menu options. The portions were huge and everything was so good. Our waitress was fantastic.
Good food, good atmosphere and good service. We went late on a Friday evening and the restaurant was not full, but there was a constant flow of customers.
We were impressed by the wide selection of dishes from traditional Italian to Texas enhanced cuisine. I ordered a pizza with shrimp and bell peppers on a white sauce and it was spiced up with jalapenos and onions. It had a ton of big, juicy shrimp, and it tasted great. The key lime pie was good, but not awesome.
We would eat there again.
