707 Chophouse

A friend and I went to 707 Chophouse last night at the request of Shirley Thomas who plays piano there. We sat on the patio and it was lovely. We shared the Asiago Chicken and Shrimp and Grits and they were both wonderful! Very good food and presented very well. We also had the Lemoncello Martini's and they were perfect! Looking forward to going back to hear music and try the new Spring menu! Traci Galyean

Excellent inside and out. The moment you walk in you will be greeted like a king or queen. The entertainment with Kelly is above exciting! Abel Salazar is also a community favorite. Both will have everyone in your party dancing and smiling. The steaks are as good or better than Ruth Steakhouse. This is truly a missed gem in Kemah. Why go anywhere else for steak when you have top-notch food n service?

Great place... great music...fun atmosphere!!! I said great music but I meant amazing singer!!! Did not try the food yet... I can only imagine it’s good!! Cheers!

Excellent experience. Very cozy atmosphere. Interaction with staff was first class. I ordered incorrectly and complained about the steak being the wrong one. Staff offered to comp the meal entirely. I refused and discovered I had actually ordered exactly what I received. I did not read description on menu carefully. Oops!
The customer is not always right. Sometimes the customer creates his own problems. Would recommend.

I love this steak house! We will go back. The food was excellent. The ribeye was cooked to perfection. The bread cake was amazing. It’s a perfect date night restaurant. I love the smaller atmosphere. It was nice to be able to just walk from dinner down the street to shops. The smaller atmosphere and piano lady made it a perfect place for a romantic date. Thank you.
