“George's was recommended by the young lady at the Best Western. Stated she liked it as it was a sit-down restaurant with a wide selection of choices. She was spot on. We ordered the patty melt with fries and a catfish dinner grilled, you can also go fried, mashed potatoes, beans and green beans with a salad. The meal was fantastic. The waitress was working all the tables and not missing a thing. Friendly business and courteous staff. All hard workers.”

“Stopped here for a quick bite as we passed through headed back home to G-town. Try the Holly burger. It's a double meat double cheeseburger with all the toppings on a toasted bun. Add a side of crispy fries and a drink and you'll be a happy traveler. This place was unassuming but great! They even have carhop service if you don't feel like getting out of your ride.”

I ordered a egg, bacon, potato and cheese burrito. It was so good.. Also ordered two carne guisada burritos which were equally as delicious. Bring cash because he only takes cash. “I don't often travel through the Texas Panhandle, as I live over 600 miles from Post, but when I do I try to make it a point to stop in at Moose Knuckles. The beer is cold and the food is tasty and freshly cooked right there on the grill. I've eaten a cheese burger there a couple of times and I can assure you, it's a good helping of real meat not something out of a fast-food chain where you have to wonder how much real meat is even in your burger. I've been in there maybe 4 times over the past few years and I've always enjoyed myself. I plan on stopping in at the beginning of October, 2022 on my vacation motorcycle ride with my wife, to Las Vegas, NV. I'm looking forward to some ice cold beer and good food.”
