Bejas Patio Bistro

Over all my experience was great. The service was good the food I eventually ate (patty melt) was great. Just wish that when I ordered the beef fajita that she told me that it was actually pot roast. But, she very graciously took and brought me another item when I told her that it was not beef fajita. And their salsa was great! So I was expecting a good fajita and very disappointed for to be served pit roast.

Interesting dishes. Portabella enchiladas were good. Indoor and outdoor seating. Fun mixed drinks. Truffle fries.

I highly recommend the breakfast burritos. They are huge and so delicious. Jessica Prado recommended the burritos and hash browns. She was so nice and easy to talk to. Love this place

stopped by on Tuesday afternoon to get a quick snack. Nothing too expensive (like everywhere else) and a lighter snack. To Go. The waitress was very efficient and friendly.
I sat at the bar and drank a root beer waiting on my food. While waiting I asked another waitress for some soda water to top off my root beer which was a little too sweet for me. Usually I order diet. She happily served me. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. I got to my car and stopped on the way home to eat. That quesadilla was huge! I ate 1/4 of it and was stuffed. The rest came home and served as my dinner that day and lunch today. Scrumptious. What a pleasant surprise and in this day and age, great surprises are rare.

This place has the best staff, the best drinks, and the best desserts in Fredericksburg!! Jessica recommended drinks and food and made sure my glass was never empty. They also have a unique Cuban that is hands down the best I’ve ever had in Texas!!
