“Fantastic, artfully, hand crafted cocktails!!! Beautiful atmosphere. Truly unique. Chase made my husband a spicy margarita(I'm so sorry I don't remember the exact name) and while I do like usually like spicy drinks, it was delicious!!! The Hill Country Sipper is delightful. Had steak tacos(that nights special), quail medallions, and loaded fries. Can't wait to go back! Do yourself a favor and make sure to stop here.”

“Fresh, tasty, & local options abound. Service is cheerful and speedy, and they've got a good mix of standard and upscale options. Don't let the location fool you, this isn't just some gas station corner store with a sandwich counter!”

“The food remains every bit as good in the new food trailer as it was at the restaurant. I had the Verde Chicken - excellent. Great for take out, but they also have a lovely seating area behind the trailer in a little grove of trees. Drop by... you won't be disappointed. P.S. They can still make your restaurant favorite, even if it's not on the current abbreviated menu.”

“Course was in good shape for a municipal course. Not super challenging but fun. We played for $25 on golf now. I wouldn’t spend the normal daily rate to play here but it’s definitely worth $25-$35.”

“The hostess, barmaid, & waitstaff are friendly and have quick service. This is more of an intimate restaurant, than for families. While some might enjoy eating in dimmed lights, it can be difficult for those with vision issues.”

“I had a hard time deciding what to order, but I could not have made a better choice. I had the quiche, asparagus and tomatoes, and salad. I also tried the chefs special sauces which are beyond amazing! I tried both, and purchased both to bring home. Will definitely frequent this restaurant!”

“There is nothing nicer than being able to get a growler of beer from the Auslander, then take it back to the end floor patio and relaxing on Main street. A truly great experience with a comfy bed, a two person jacuzzi tub, and cold a/c. The breakfast was great and had some unique items. The only thing keeping my rating from reaching five stars is the one thing that the bed and breakfast cannot control: the walls are thin and you can hear everyone walking and talking. Still, if you are a heavy sleeper, it is a small price to pay for such a great location”

“Such a wonderful place to stay! We stayed in the Victorian, it was decorated so cute and the beds provided a very comfortable nights sleep. The grounds are beautiful! The food and wine at the Club are fabulous! We enjoyed the live music at The Club both nights we were there and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We can 't wait to go back in the fall!”

“Gem of a restaurant right outside of Fredericksburg. Great food and service. On the pricey side, but the quality and options of different food make it worth it. Very eclectic atmosphere. Place has good beer and wine selection. It's always a must go when we come down to Fredericksburg.”

“A down to earth place with really tasty, consistent quality food. Okay, so its not a four star dining experience, but for what it is, and what you would expect from a small town seafood "joint", it is dependably good. They have daily reduced price lunch plates including tea. Portions are very generous. Try the liver and onions, steak bites, or three nice catfish fillets as good choices. Their fried oysters are awesome! Moist and succulent, with a slightly spicy breading mix. They offer grilled seafood as well, and even have a small salad bar. Not fancy, but always fresh and cold! Packed at lunch, but the service is quick. Come early or after 2 if you want to relax in near solitude. And the all you can eat plates are a deal.”

“Always good, but, DO NOT ORDER THE CHICKEN FRIED STEAK STRIPS! My friend has ordered them on three separate occassions and each time he has, they've been tough, gristly and VERY chewy! Y'all need to order a much more tender cut of beef to make chicken fried steak out of... But, everything else y'all have is outstanding!”

“So best brisket I have ever had for sure. I got the fatty one but that's how I like it. The chicken was so good. The beef ribs delicious. Now on to the side. Wow . I must say I ate everything they gave me and some off the plates of my friends to make sure tried everything. All was very good. Worth the wait and price. Although it was fast and priced great. Cant wait to go back and bring my family. See ya soon.”

“The food was good, but the place itself is an old hamburger place like a Dairy Queen. Not romantic or cozy. There's some Italian pics on the wall, then black and white tiles. So if you want a cozy place go to the one in Kerrville.”

“Great food. Great service. The drinks and appetizers were a bit pricey but other than that great food. The bacon wrapped shrimp was the best I've had anywhere.”
