“Full disclosure this is my cousin's restaurant. It was a dream of his and his wives to own their own restaurant someday and have made it happen. I am a bit of a harsh critic on barbecue and I have to say that I absolutely love it! The brisket is very moist even for lean cuts. It is very flavorful not just plain like most restaurants have. I also tried the turkey, sausage, pulled pork, and pork ribs. Literally every single item I tried and the meat department was very fresh, wonderfully seasoned. And absolutely cooked to perfection. Nothing was dry, overseasoned or under seasoned. It was a wonderful delight. And those sides!! You really have to try the cream corn and the mac and cheese! So delicious. The service and atmosphere is over the top. Extremely friendly staff and very family-oriented. Can't wait to go back!”

“I was directed here by a neighboring wine bar (shout out to Elk St) and was not disappointed. The staff was wonderful, location is easy, and decor is bright with excellent lighting. We had the seafood stack and the coconut shrimp. Seafood was shockingly fresh and my girlfriend begged the staff for the coconut shrimp recipe. Definitely recommend this new restaurant to any visitors (or locals) in the area”

“Only been open a few months, but has a good variety of foods choices. I had a Mexican hotdog that was very good and something new. I got my wife a smoothie (strawberry/mango) she was very pleased with it. They also have a full bar and seem to be open late. The atmosphere would be a fun place to hang out. The pro/con is that it is a few blocks off of the main hub of Fritz town. The owner was very nice and accommodating (got so busy talking we almost forgot that I had to pay lol).”

“What a pleasant surprise to find in the heart of Hill Country! Was not expecting to find such quality seafood in the middle of Texas. The owner has east coast roots and you can tell it from their understanding of proper seafood sourcing and delivery. We had the seafood tower and everything on it was perfectly prepared and of high quality. The pricing does reflect the quality but there are plenty of other budget seafood options in Texas if that’s more your style. Martini’s will be on our visit list in Fredericksburg going forward!”

“The food is awesome !! Server Monica manager Tamara Had coconut shrimp it tasted delicious the sauce it was paired with was perfect !! I had it with asparagus which was seasoned just right !! We also had the Cuban with fries my husband loved it !! When we got there the hostess said that it would be a wait on the food ... sharing kitchen with burger burger ... we said ok ... we never said a word to our server about how long it was taking on the food .. she had warned us .... she came to us and said that our food was coming right out manager was bringing it to us .. it was 45 min of waiting for it ... Monica said that it was to long and apologize to us ! We appreciate her and the manager being upfront and being attentive about the situation... it’s no ones fault .. it is what it is ... we just wanted to let the owner know that your manager and waitress are AMAZING!!! They both were so nice and really made things right and we didn’t ask them too .. they just did !! That is customer service!! Monica and Tamara you both rock !!! We will be back !! They season the meat perfectly and the burgers come with shoestring fries. We didn't get to try their chicken, but it sounded good, too. “Venue is really cool and homey. Food is solid and a good local Texas wine list. Complimentary dessert at the end is really nice. 4 stars because it does take a long time to get the food (they tell you they make everything from scratch but it seemed really long for a chicken sandwich)”
