    Great service,I ask how many cooks they have. The lady said one , I was so surprised with all the orders , so I decided to tip the cook. What amazing women god bless her.

    An old family favorite. Some things have changed b/c of Covid, but one thing that hasn't changed is Matamoros delicious food. You glance into the kitchen, cooks are smiling and remind me of family.

    This place is a national treasure to Gonzales, TX. The tacos are made fresh every time all the time! I personally have eaten here a majority of my life, and could not recommend it more! If you're visiting gonzales DO NOT get tacos from any where else you will be seriously missing out!

    Looks like a whole in the wall.. yes. But the food is so good! Always order a Roberts Special. You won't be disappointed.
