    We were in Memphis for Independence Day to stay for the night on a trip across country. The only restaurant/cafe open that evening was Allsup's. I got fuel there and then looked for something to eat. I found salami, crackers, and cheese plus a can of beer. That sounded like dinner to me! It was fine.

    The cashier and I had a friendly conversation about cats--my favorite topic. I enjoyed the visit. I didn't need the restroom.

    I will stop there again next time I'm in town.

    Very nice store. The soda machine was giving me a little trouble. I asked the employees jumped into action and fixed it. I got my drink the way I liked it and I payed for it and the transaction was smooth. Thanks for fast fix of the soda machine.
