    Stopped at Fat and Happy and heck YES, did not disappoint on the taste and portions or prices. Delicious and the chopped brisket melts in your mouth, as does the pulled pork. Friendly folks and fast. Next to the Loves so there is truck(semi) parking. We will stop again next time through!

    My family & I just stopped at Fat and Happy BBQ. We all got a Brisket sandwich & we absolutely loved them! They give you so much of their melt-in-your-mouth brisket that it falls out the sides. We finished up every morsel of that yummy goodness with a fork. Thank you for a great bite on our vacation! 😋

    Wow first of all the catfish is amazing. The frito pie comes with chopped brisket on it. And yep it was amazing too
    I had a chance to meet the owner and he and his staff are great.
    Well worth the stop. Right off 287 at 286. Give it a try you won't be disappointed!!!

    Needed a fast gluten free lunch. Wanted a baked potato, they have those only on Wednesdays. We stopped on a Tuesday. They understood gluten free; had the chopped brisket with no bread , corn, potato salad ( just a preference- I would prefer the potato salad not to have meat in it, but it was delicious!). The food was hot and wonderful! I did not have a gluten allergy reaction - that say a lot on careful handling of the food! I Would love it if they had a gluten free hamburger bun or gluten free bread to make a sandwich with! The barbecue sauce was amazing! I will stop there again!

    Ultra tender, moist, tasty BBQ brisket served from a trailer on US 287 in Memphis, Texas. Service is fast and friendly.
