“I took a large group of 22 people into this Applebee's at 10:30 PM without notice. We were greeted kindly and the hostess quickly sat us on the south side of the restaurant. With 22 people we ordered, received our food, ate and were out within 1.5 hours. The waitress Kimberly was excellent and attentive to our needs. I also returned to the restaurant with my family on Christmas Day for an evening meal. We chose to sit with Kimberly and again received exceptional service. Management came by and checked on us several times during our visit as well. Food took a bit longer than usual, but the restaurant was packed, so that is to be expected. Food was good and came out warm. I was one of those who had wrote this place off due to horrible service, cold food, long wait times for food or service, and the smoke smell. Completely different experience both of these recent times under the new management. Give them a chance to earn your business back!!!”

“Need to update online menu. To make things quick we chose what we wanted online. Got to DQ only to be told they didn't have half of what I ordered, not on their menu. We ordered normal things like burgers, chicken & snack items. I understand menu items vary at different locations. Its just very frustrating & confusing. Online there is a menu tab for Hot bakes & snacks. In store none of the items are on menu, the employees didn't know what I was talking about. I was frustrated, but the employees were very nice.”

“Love this place but it's starting to get too busy for them to double check orders. This is the second time I've had to go back because they left things out of my order. However the food is always good here. When I order I'm always told my food will be ready in 5 to 10 minutes I'm okay with it being 10 to 15 if I can just get everything in my order all at one time and not have to come back.”

“I've been here a few Saturday night's for their pool tournament and I will say this place is very impressive. It's a really nice Sports Bar on the front and in the back there is a huge room that has 9 Diamond tables tissue to play on. The design for the pool players in the back is very unique. There is a huge menu I'm not sure how many items but a very large menu to order from. There is also a brick oven for making the pizza in so the pizza is really good. I would recommend the pizza and the burgers and even the salad for being the best items on their menu that I have tried.”

“Don't judge this book by its cover. The outside of China Ko leaves a lot to be desired, but inside is a well appointed Chinese paradise. The buffet is extensive and kept well stocked. The staff are friendly and attentive to the needs of their guests. The fried foods (chicken, shrimp, fish, egg rolls, dumplings) were golden brown and crispy. The selection includes everything from soup to desert. There are even kid friendly choices and prices. I even polled a few guests as they left. They had nothing but praise. Same here. Definitely worth going out of your way for.”

“Alota people really like Papa Johns. It's an alright pizza joint, don't get me wrong on that. They just have better choices, that's all. They do engage in charity, so that's definitely a thumbs up on that. Like I said their pizza isn't garbage or anything, there's just a few more choices or there I prefer over them that led to a 3 star review. The pizza game is definitely a crowded market, I mean there's no shortage of places to get a pizza at of varying qualities, styles, and dining options, which I'm not gonna complain about since I love pizza. Probably top 5 on my list of favorites, no lie. Anyway, that being said you can definitely survive as a business if your pizza parlor's at least decent, and they're definitely decent, just in my humble opinion, there's definitely better options to choose from. So, once again, that's my dime and nickle on Papa Johns. Til next time”
