(January 12, 2018, 5:10 pm)This place has always had great customer service and they will make things for you upon request if you are willing to wait. I loved their large pretzel dogs with jalapenos and cheese, but they no longer have those. They do still have the regular pretzel dogs that they will make for you and the wait is about 10 minutes. They also give a 10% discount if you are a mall employee. :) In terns of price, there are certainly cheaper places. But no other pretzel is like Auntie Anne's ????
