Ben & Jerry’s

I was surprised they had an actual store. It was nice. The person who was helping us with the ice cream was very nice & friendly. The store was clean. The ice cream we had was delicious!! Plan to come back again next time we come back to Houston.

Best ice cream I've ever had in Houston, tonight show is definitely my favorite flavor but all of them are great. Wood spoons might bother some like they did with my friends but i loved it. Density of the ice cream and freshness of the flavors were great. Definitely gotta try all of them.

Great flavors as most know, but they are also pretty good with dietary restrictions. I’m both gluten and lactose intolerant. They have a list of their gluten free ice creams if you ask, and most* of the sorbets and some ice creams are labeled as dairy free. For this location, it’s right off of Kirby which is extremely busy a lot of the time, so hard to pull into and get out of their parking lot at times, especially during rush hour. Taking off a star because they don’t have gluten free cones.

Great Service! Austin was great and helped me navigate options for nondairy flavors. The location smelled clean, I’ve been to other ice cream shops that smelled and were literally dirty. It’s my first time trying Ben and Jerry’s and it was so good!!!!

I Absolutely love Ben & Jerry's for their unique flavors!!! The establishment was clean and service was good. I got a couple milkshakes. When the person I went with requested another one since theirs came out too thick, the service member was happy to oblige. I loved my flavor combo although I can't remember what it was. Keep doing what you do Ben & Jerry's!!! And if you're in Houston, definitely take a moment for some ice cream.
