Chipotle Mexican Grill

It was my first time ordering at Chipotle and I was skeptical because of the negative reviews in this new location. I ordered a salad bowl for myself and a burrito bowl for my father. The employees were very kind and patient with me, despite my stuttering problem. They ran out of white rice in the middle of service, but they added more in a timely manner. Every employee, from the station crew to the cashier, was very nice, and I hope to return soon. To the Chipotle employees, keep doing what you are doing!

I went in during the grand opening. It was pretty busy, but staff is doing a good job in there. I ordered through the mobile app, and was given instruction to pickup on the in-store shelf. It wasn't there when I got in, so I asked them about my order, and they told me they were out of the al pastor meat I had ordered, and asked what I'd like to substitute with. No problem. Staff had a great attitude, and apologized for the issue.

We decided to eat-in. Store was relatively clean, but it's hard to judge on opening day. Food was standard Chipotle fare, so no problems there.

It's not much, but I'm glad to see something a step-up from regular fast food in the City Park neighborhood.

Overall, a pleasant experience.
