Jack in the Box

I wanted a food place in my neighborhood, and here it is. Newly opened, everything is new and clean. Looking out the windows for a good view about our neighborhood is a great experience. And I can feel the food is better than the one on 288 Pearland for some reason.

My order was quick and well done. Happy to start having some new businesses around this area.

I went here twice since they opened. They’re a new location so I can understand that there is a few things you need to work out, but twice I’ve gone they’ve messed up my order. First time they forget to put the meat in my burger. I went back and they kindly gave me a new one. Second time, I ordered a burger and they gave a me a chicken sandwich. I didn’t bother going back to get what I actually ordered. No point. The employees are nice, they just need to get it together. And no, I didn’t attack them. I’ve worked in this industry before, I will never be rude over a simple mistake. Things can be fixed. So just be patient.
