I was walking to b19 and saw this place so I decided to try for a late lunch. Despite some concerning reviews I had read before opening the door, I still thought I give it a try.

I went for lobster roll at and I'm glad I did. Portion of the lobster was generous, perfectly stuffed within the bread. I personally like my lobster to be somewhat cold on top of my roll, I can't imagine warm lobster that sounds nasty. Requested fries with less salt, and they were served exactly to my liking: skinny, crispy, and plentiful.

My server was professional and even the manager (or perhaps he was the director) was attentive which made my experience great.

The ambience: cozy, upscale diner, calm jazz and relaxed vibe.

You can park anywhere in the lot.

This place seems great for solo diners like me or with friends and fam (no kids tho).

Overall it wasn't like WOW must try, but i don't have anything negative to say. Didn't know it was a chain!

Our server Miraf was wonderful & very attentive. The music & ambience was great. The food was good. I was hoping for amazing. The salmon was a little overcooked & had a hint of burnt flavor. The Parmesan broccoli was delicious. The parm fries were a bit cold & stuck together. This was the Houston location.

This place was hoppin’ for dinner. Every table was full and there was a wait. The frozen Bellini was strong and delicious. The avocado dip with ranch chips were tasty as well as the deviled eggs and spicy tuna on crispy rice. I didn’t love the lobster roll because it was cold but was told that we could order it a different way next time where it is warm. The lobster Mac and cheese was creamy and yummy. The desserts are spectacular if you like pie. Our server, John; was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The ambiance was very hip and fun. Would definitely come back to try some other dishes.

    Mixed feelings.

Great service and like the vibe. Limited menu. Pretty good martinis.

Martinis are only very cold because they don’t strain before serving and there are chunks of ice.

    Lobster Mac VERY Good.

    Skinny fries very good.

Lobster roll. Pay attention to 1/4 pound or 4 ounces….that is VERY little meat. Served on not very well tasty bread. Skip it. They should be embarrassed to serve it.

It’s walking distance so I may go back and try something else.

    Not the best neighborhood option.

OK food, but although it took 20 minutes to be seated, 4 tables that were open when we arrived were still open when we were finally seated. Weird. Burger was fine, but not outstanding. Fries were good. I did love the feel of the restaurant, the decor and layout seemed fun, but didn't deliver. The lobster roll was more "lobster topping".
