Perry's Steakhouse & Grille

First time at this location. But have been to many others multiple times. Food was great as it is at any Perry’s location. But, service was the worst I’ve ever had at any Perry’s. Took quite a while for the waitress to come get our drink order and by that time we all knew what we wanted to order for our meal, so we ordered drinks and food at the same time. Took a VERY long time just to get our drinks, and when she came back around we had to ask for bread. My salad came out with the wrong dressing, she did fix that. We rarely saw our waitress, and we probably waited 45 minutes or more to receive our meals.

Fantastic service and the menu idems were fantastic. Only 4 stars because they ran out of Salmon... In all fairness, we did come 40 min before closing.

Excellent service and manager on duty was super nice. The food was great, ambiance was perfect. Highly recommend the place for events and dinning. It takes a lot to impress me and I was really impressed with everything. Customer service was awesome, from the valet gentleman to the welcome staff, waiters and manager.

Not what it should be. Applebees type sides in a luxury setting. Food level did not meet price or presentation. Service however was stellar. Our waiter was actually well schooled in wine and culinary pursuits. Unfortunately the poor guy should align himself with a better kitchen.
