Everything grilled! Great service. Reasonably priced. Don't love the parking but its West U. They have all the traditional kebab and sandwich meals. Also have the Turkish pizzas.

This is a must visit in Houston. I went to Rice and this was definitely our go to spot when we needed Turkish food.

We always order the hummus and gyro plate. Both are to die for and always leave me speechless. Do yourself a favor and come here.

Istanbul is just freaking amazing! The taste is authentic, service is superb and the atmosphere is nostalgic of the Turkish culture and influence. Highly recommend trying the food here, you won’t regret it! For large parties, you can order a large shareable dish that includes multiple meats and dishes so you can try various flavored meats. Also try the Turkish pizza with cheese and meat, amazing!

Let me say this is the best Turkish original food I’ve just tasted so far in Houston. Very knowledgeable friendly servers and Hector was of great help in our selections. Parking is a breeze since they can help you with it in their location if it’s full. Highly recommend this place for authentic well priced Turkish cuisine.

We've been there several times and it's really good. Yeah, it's Turkish/Mediterranean and it's exactly what it says. But it's very, very good. I had the vegetable kabob which is delicious. I've had the gyro and various kabobs in the past and there just as good.
