I'm usually going to the drive through at this place, but if I see that there's a long line at the drive through I suggest ordering inside the building. The services at this place is usually fast but at times it can get incredibly slow especially at nights after 11 pm it's the worst. Employees do a apologize and admit they were slow so I always let it go and just pay and go.
I still recommend this place, but at night just be ready if they take longer than they should for your order.

After having to leave another McDonald's (Beachnut and 610 location) due to sanitary issues, we went to the Braeswood location. Though they were really busy when we arrived, as we departed they sang Happy Birthday to my daughter and made a point to make her feel special. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were kids screaming in the play area, which could be heard all the way at the other end of the store. I understand that it is a play area and children will be noisy, but yelling to this point should be prohibited (others left because it was so loud).
