Came in really late with my friend and most people were already gone but we still received great service and great vibes! We loved our food so much, we still crave it now that we’re back in Florida. The dj played some great throwback tunes and our drinks were great as well! I highly recommend the shrimp and grits and the voodoo egg rolls. I will definitely return when I’m in Houston again.

You’re missing out if you haven’t stopped by. I’ve tried several things. Perfect for a brunch. Indoors and outdoors a nice. The speakeasy styled dining area attached is perfect for small event-focused gatherings. The food and culinary skills are notable. Nice fusion of Cajun, creole, and soul food.

Awesome food and great ambiance. The live band was phenomenal. I love checking out new places and this was one of the best I’ve seen thus far. If you like live soul music, good food, wine, and dim lights then this is the place for you too.

The food was good and the music was awesome. We offered to sit on the outside patio because the wait for a table inside would have been 45 minutes. The outside eating area looked awesome and there were fans and TVs. It was extremely hot but we were given cold water with ice immediately. That helped tremendously. Will definitely be going back when it's a little cooler out OR I can get a table inside.

We decided to go out for a fun family dinner and we had no idea we would run across such a WONDERFUL Place .... first off the food was banging but RUDY our server was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She gave us the best experience we have had in a long time! Not only did she cater to our needs as customers but she had a beautiful soul and I hope she always keeps that with her throughout her lifetime. She also helped us plan our mothers next birthday party in their private room. I will definitely be back and to book our party and be requesting Rudy and KJ as our personal staff that night! Can’t wait to see them again
