Stellar experience! Everything we ordered was excellent. Don’t miss the dinosaur bone appetizer! The grilled romaine salad was unusual and tasty. The short rib with the bone was very delicious. We enjoyed the spinach side as well as the fries. Only side we did not enjoy was the loaded mashed potatoes. Basque cheesecake was delivered with a stunning presentation and was light l, creamy, and yummy. They brought out an extra fruit tart for my son’s birthday. Nice touch.
Wow wow wow! Service, food, vibes were all 10/10! Highly recommend this new spot for any occasion! Regret not taking pictures of all the food we had but I promise it was so delicious! Especially wagyu steak, completely just melted in your mouth. Sushi was super delicious! And dessert omg, the cheesecake comes with an amazing presentation and the serving is huge! We will absolutely be coming back. Thank you to our server Gustavo and the manager for providing an excellent customer service and making us feel like at home!

We started off with roasted beets and some nigiri pieces, wanted to try the bone marrow, but it was sold out. Got steak as entrée, and broccolini as a side dish. The combination was fire. The broccoli and whatever on top of it was out of this world. Garlic bread was amazing, too. Had the caramel posset for dessert, and will come back for basque cheesecake
My wife and I stop by to have a quick drink seen as how we lived 30 sec down the road. We sat at the bar and Alex greeted us from the second we sat down. We both had a whiskey sour and hands down this it one of the best I’ve had. The sushi as an appetizer was so fresh and delicious. Alex explained everything about the dish and even walked me through the steps to recreate this drink. We will def be back. Ask for Alex!
Ben Berg does it again! Amazing design, food, & service! We sat at the sushi bar in front of the wood grills where we could see all the action. We started off with the tuna tartare which was very fresh and well balanced. My husband had the grilled romaine salad and I had the fire roasted beets. Both delicious and big enough that they can be shared. We then had the chicken fried lobster that was out of this world delicious! We moved onto the Scottish salmon crudo that was god as well. We finished with the dragon roll. For dessert we had the caramel posset which was amazing and the Black Forest. Drinks were amazing as well. They have a very extensive cocktail list. We will definitely be back and try the Korean BBQ. Everyone was so nice and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our experience.
