Was very impressed by the diverse menu. We went for a Sunday brunch and pro tip make sure you ask for a booth in your reservation because they were definitely the cutest seat in the house. It’s also cool to watch this whole restaurant work so cohesively. My favorite cocktail is the one where they used a cranberry ice cube. Can’t remember what it’s called but I drank it all. Also the polenta was the underdog. I ordered just cause and it turned out to be my favorite. Try this place out for yourself. I love a good chef driven concept
My partner and I enjoyed Squable for our anniversary dinner last night and it was amazing (as usual). This spot is where I take out of town visitors when I want to show them how amazing Houston food can be. Every visit to Squable has been fantastic not just because of the food, but because of the service. Every single person at this restaurant is committed to making the experience perfect. Thank you so much for the wonderful time, guys! My partner and I will miss you when we move!
The menu is so well thought out & crafted. Everything we tried was absolutely incredible and I loved how the coursed it out for us. I had the chartreuse daisy to drink & it was delicious. Our favorite was the pancake — such a unique flavor profile. We also loved the truffle radiatore, the burger (we were amazed at how perfect the fries were), the meatballs and the grouper with octopus. Will definitely be back for this incredible menu and service.
My girlfriend and I had a lovely experience in the front dining room.
To start, we had the marinated mussels and the Dutch baby pancake, phenomenal.
The lasagna, served on a bed of bolognese was outstanding, I highly recommend it.
I pretty much just took the suggestions from our server, Thomas, ever so helpful, charismatic, and polite. For dessert, he recommended the dessert bread, and, just like before, his suggestion did not disappoint.
We will definitely be back to explore more of menu and the different ambiance.
Such savory, unique, well executed rich food. Love the shareable plates style dining. Excellent wine and cocktails. Great service really knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Terry their GM is amazing!
