Taste Bar + Kitchen

Great service and Great food! The drinks were unique and different. Love the musics and the atmosphere. I was also happy to support a black owned business. Will definitely be back with more people. I will tell everyone about this place. They take reservations and to go orders.

My friend and I ate here this week and we were pleasantly surprised! The patio is really cute, shaded, and even has those mist sprays to cool you down on a hot day. The indoor decor is very modern, the vibe was upbeat, and the staff was very attentive. We didn't have to wait long for service or the food; Shawna was the best! The Nashville Hot Chicken and the Fruity Pebble Waffle were a good balance of sweet and spicy and the Superstar Sangria was deliciously fruity and refreshing. I strongly recommend you give Taste Bar + Kitchen a try!

This is one of my favorite restaurants right now. The only bad thing I can say is the wait is ridiculous on the weekends (up to 3 hours for brunch) so make a reservation early in the week. I ended up just making a weekday reservation because I needed to get my fix again. I had the Jamaican jerk lamb chop, collard greens, and fried lobster. It was even better than the first time I ate here. They also have unique and tasty cocktails. Customer service is pretty good as well. I love the vibe here. ( music is a little loud to have conversation) But I was really just there for the food!

Best lamb chops I have had in a long time. Cheeseburger waffles are a mood. Good, well seasoned food. Beautiful place, great service. Good spot to see beautiful people and be seen. Be sure to make reservations or be prepared to wait while enjoying great drinks.

I like to say I am quite the Chicken and Waffles connoisseur because it is my favorite food and I've had a lot of it from many different places over the years. I can say with confidence that this was by far one of the best plates of chicken and waffles I have ever had! The waffles were warm and soft yet crisp enough to not get soggy from the melted butter they put on top. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and crispy! The staff was happy and attentive and did well in the small space they have. The cocktail menu was also fabulous and have a ton of fun drinks.

My only complaint is I wish I would've gotten a little bit more chicken with my meal. I almost didn't have enough. I would say, however, the portion size was good because it allowed room to try their desserts.

I am looking forward to my next visit here!
