Tropical's

Food was good. Had the Carne Asada. It was a little tough but the flavor was great. The white cornbread and cheese was delicious. I'll be back.

I recently moved back to the Montrose area. I love Colombian food and usually have to drive outside the beltway to get it. I love that it's convenient!!

I was immediately greeted by Felipe and he helped with great and tasty suggestions. He is super friendly and makes you feel at home.

The food was fresh and very flavorful. I am so happy I found this place!!

Fast service, but the food is mediocre at best. Pork belly was undercooked and had very little flavor, and the empanadas were very little meat and mostly pastry. Maybe I just came on a bad day, but I won’t be giving it another shot.

Colombian food. I had the fried green plantain loaded with crispy pork belly, chicken, and covered in a spicy cream sauce. Delicious! The service is very friendly.

I have to say, out of the all the Texan, Brazilian or chain Steakhouses I've been to, Tropical's Colombian is the best one! I celebrated my birthday here recently and had an amazing meal! We went on a Saturday night and its small but there was parking right in front. We were greeted kindly upon entry and were seated right away to be able to look at menu.

On to the food! As far as the food I am not exaggerating when I say I liked each and every one of them! And I tried the pork belly and the sirloin. The pork belly was super flavorful and just melted. The sirloin looked unassuming, but IMO it was the tastiest cut of beef I had that meal.

As far as service goes, it was very friendly and attentive. I definitely enjoyed this meal and night, and will definitely come back here again!
