Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodles

New noodle concept in Houston. Wait time is long especially in weekend. And not enough parking space. Love the original noodle. Soup very tasty.

Pickled Chili Pepper Rice Noodle - the soup broth tastes as named and flavorful. Their spicy levels are legit, this one was one pepper and it was spicy with a good kick. The noodles were chewy and delicious.

I like the Katy location slightly better. They seem to have more dish choices that are served ready to eat instead of adding the ingredients in yourself (I guess this is the selling point and what makes this place unique). Also their soups come out hotter.

Overall good food and service. Come early on weekends or there may be a long wait.

Good rice noodle with a lot of varieties to choose from. The soup is a bit salty and the waiting line is quite long. Service here is good.

Heard there was one in Katy and now they opened a new one at Bellaire. The food was honestly not bad. I had the original one and I enjoyed it alot. The noodle was chewy and had a good texture. The chicken gizzard was also great. the price was reasonable but I wish there was more side dishes. Overall 8/10 !
