Vibrant

It's wonderful to be able to go to a restaurant and not have to be the only person at the table with dietary restrictions that everyone has to hear about as I order.
The food here is delicious and not weighed down by cream and butter. I had to get the chocolate cake and it was fantastic!
We didn't stay for cocktails but will be back to try them. People around us had some cool looking drinks and the wine selection looked good as well.

Favorite place in Houston! Atmosphere is great, and the food is supremely tasty and healthy. These guys have the fresh/healthy restaurant category locked down!!

I never thought I would use the words healthy and delicious to describe the same thing until I dined at Vibrant. I actually ate there today, and enjoyed every bite of my lunch, to the point that I had to ask for more. Never thought I would say that after eating a healthy dish. Great service too. I find the servers to be the restaurant's greatest strength. They are down to earth, and genuinely care that you have a good eating experience. From my previous visits to Vibrant, it's become obvious to me that the servers can effectively engage with people of any age or background. The decor of the restaurant is a combination of classy and homey, with their post modern styled seating, their off-white walls, and they dim lighting later into the evening. It is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Houston.

The atmosphere is fantastic. Food items are good but some are not balanced.
The avocado toast was good but too many acidic items. Could've been balanced with some fat to balance the acidity.
The chia bowl was perfect. Good balance of flavors.

Coffee is way too acidic. They're dairy free so it was very difficult to balance the acidity of the coffee.
I recommend a darker roast if you're going to be dairy free...

The chocolate chip cookie was excellent. Soft, sweet with crunchy flakes. Nice and nutty finish to it. Simply perfect.

From the parking lot to the interior this place is quaint and lovely. It is filled with natural lighting and has comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The menu has a ton of interesting things to try and introduce to your palate. I will say it seems to be a popular place within that area because parking fills up fast. Overall a lovely place to try something new.
