I will stick to 3 stars. **I’ve been five times in a row and had consistently warm donuts!! THANK YOU!! I’m only giving two stars because the customer service is excelent!! Otherwise, worst Shipley’s ever!! I absolutely love HOT Shipley’s and this location never has them. It’s one of those locations that makes a lot early in the morning rather than throughout the morning! I always go between 7-8am and they have hard had warm donuts once! They gave me the option to call beforehand to have fresh donuts dropped, but that’s more than I’ve had to do in the past!!”
