“Was hankering for some Nigerian food tonight so ordered from Dupsy's Kitchen which recently opened and operates out of the ghost kitchen concept in Blodgett Food Hall (i.e. it is not a sit down restaurant). I had some egusi stew (a stew thickened with dried and ground melon seeds) that included spinach, collard greens, red pepper purée, cow skin, tripe, crawfish, and palm oil. Also present was peppered chicken and the obligatory poundo (pounded yam). I may not be a Nigerian food expert, but this also wasn’t my first rodeo, so I can attest that the food and its flavor were excellent. The only drawback was that it wasn’t very spicy, which is something I normally encounter and expect with Nigerian food. Regardless, I look forward to ordering again in the future to sample some of the other stews (designer, efo riro, beef) as well as other traditional Nigerian dishes like jollof rice, fried plantains, meat pies.”

“This was my 2nd time ordering from Marco's. The 1st time was not memorable. So I decided to give them another try. I'm so glad I did. I ordered the Pepperoni Melt pizza which comes with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. It did not disappoint. The pizza was so cheesy and good and had lots of pepperoni as well. My only criticism is that the crust was really thick even though I did not order the thick crust. I also got the cheesy bread. It was good as well. UPDATE: I don't usually eat leftover/reheated pizza but the next morning I had 1 slice left and decided to heat it up. It was good even after being reheated!”

We ordered mongolian beef and pepper steak. my bf said the food is mid which is surprising cause he likes mostly everything. he couldn’t find any pepper on his pepper steak. my beef was ok I was just really hungry so I finished it but it wasn’t amazing. over all for the price it was decent. the person behind the register was friendly and if you’re dining in the atmosphere is nice and spacious.”

“So good, I ate two slices before I even made it home. I ordered pick-up, fast service and friendly staff. I ordered the cheese and veggie supreme pizzas both were the ‘16. The cheese was my favorite. The cheese pizza had the crispness that I was looking for , just bummed that the veggie wasn’t as crispy. The veggies on the veggie pizza made the pizza somewhat soggy, but still enjoyable so I’m not complaining there. My only wish that I was I could have told them to place both pizzas in the oven twice so I can get that New York style pizza. All-in-all, I had a cute meal and it was very enjoyable. “I am so glad they finally opened one of these up closer to where I live. Before there was none they can deliver to our apartment so I had to drive down to 1960 and Ella to pick up. Marcos Hawaiian is hands-down the best pizza in town however I ordered pepperoni this last time and I swear to you it looked tasted and smelled like they had just gone through the drive-through at little Caesars and brought us some of those pieces for nearly triple the cost, that’s unacceptable. I mean it just tasted weird. The crust was thin it was extremely oily and the pepperonis taste it off we wound up not eating it because the smell of the pepperonis just made everyone a little uncomfortable and nobody wanted to risk for poisoning. The drivers and the people who take your order are awesome. Way better than any other delivery service in town. Well I can’t say that, better than any other delivery service in my area. Which is why we were willing to just chalk it up to a one off experience and not complain about the pizza that time. I definitely recommend them and I will be ordering again, I will just never be ordering the pepperoni again.”

“I watched this restaurant build out and hoped that it would be good as we don’t have a ton of restaurants in the area. I finally made way in for dinner last night with my family. Let me tell you…I’m so glad we did! The service was fast and the staff, including the owner was so nice. We dined in and enjoyed the following dishes which were so delicious: -Dominican chicken+rice with green beans and greens -Smothered pork chops with greens & rice and beans -Banana pudding (famous!) -Peach cobbler We will definitely go back as we can’t wait to try their other dishes!”
