“Just had breakfast. Food was fresh and delicious! Coffee was excellent and complimented the food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Decor was like something from HGTV (beautiful). They take Covid precaution to its fullest. My family felt very safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment. I will be back soon.”

“The people who work there are great. They say "Good morning Mr. Michael" every time I walk in and they already have the order in the system before I walk to the counter. They also say have a nice day Mr. Michael when I leave. No matter how long I sit there lol.”

“First time stopping here (not usually a Starbucks person) and was very impressed with the professionalism and courteous staff. They made me feel welcome, took my order with a smile over the intercom and greeted me like a family member at the window where I picked up my order. Highly recommend this particular Starbucks based on the staff, they're great! And oh yeah, the iced tea + chocolate croissant were totally scrumptious. Yet another reason to stop here.”

“Man O Man !! This Starbucks is a big step above the rest !!! This is the second time my granddaughter and I came here. The outside line moves quickly and the folks working here are amazingly friendly, polite, and well mannered. If the staff didn't have to wear PPE I am sure you could see a great big smile on all their faces. As it is you can tell they are happy to serve the community. You can see it in their eyes. The first visit we were helped by Marlon. He is an outstanding young man. The second visit we were helped by Amanda. She has a heart of gold. Overall I have to say " Whenever you are in need of an uplifting experience... get out and go to one of the best Starbucks out there !!! " " Go visit this Starbucks !!!!"”

“Great coffee. Pastries are very good. Have not had the gelato or sandwiches yet. The advantage they have over any of the Starbucks is they have defined Men’s and Women’s bathrooms. What businesses don’t seem to realize is that if you use a mixed bathroom area, the bathroom cleanings need to take place twice as often if not more often.”

“Best cafe in Houston! The host is very welcoming , they go out of their way to make sure clients are having great time. The restaurant is very clean and has the most beautiful patio with flowers and lights. Breads and pastries are delicious and coffee is tasty. I highly recommend this place and will for sure come back.”

“This is the closest place I have encountered in Houston that is similar to classic bagels in the Northeast. They even have a proper full shmear -- bagel, cream cheese, lox, tomato slice, purple onion, capers. And the ingredients are delicious. They are especially generous with lox, something uncommon here or in the Northeast.”

“Cute decor and decent desserts. We had the guava Jasmine tea and the pineapple green tea. Didn't get a chance to try the soft serve ice cream this time but it looked good. The reason for docking one star is that the tea was not cold so we had to give the ice some time to melt. Please like this review and follow me on Google for the next round of HONEST and UNBIASED reviews.”

“Bakery: Common Bond is a local bakery chain that makes Eurocentric and American baked goods. My personal favorites are their macaroons, their mocha mascarpone, and their chocolate croissant. They are best known for their colorful branding and busy brunch line. The workers are polite, knowledgeable, and patient with their customers. Prices are $$ it’s not cheap but it’s also not expensive. Environment: cute to-go shop with a small waiting area and about 4 sit down tables. Pastries are displayed in glass case much like other locations. They have a cute baked goods mural on the back wall. Pros: quick, close to where I live, had a large selection, everything is fresh and tasty Cons: a bit noisy with the register so close to the back of the house, they are getting used to the new quick service format, tables make it cramped, the other patrons can be exhausting General feedback from the opening: -May need alternative way to process to go orders during rushes - 4 tables chosen for inside restaurant seems space inefficient and crowded (high tops or space saving choices would be better) -the cashier area is very noisy and it’s hard for the cashier and patron to speak especially with the splash guards and masks -needs clearly defined pick up/waiting area -having a sample size for beverages displayed would be helpful -footprints on the floor for 6 foot covid19 distancing are a foot away from eachother (because the line snakes around) -heights patrons are the worst. Today while getting my order the other patrons were insufferable: one lady lectured the cashier for 5-6 minutes after her order was in her hands on the proper sequence to put her breads in the bag ???keep in mind with the masks, plastic guard, and kitchen no one can hear anything. The next patron was upset that her 16 oz coffee was 16 oz ??? but wouldn’t let the manager fix anything. Outside of the store, a pickup truck cut the whole line by forcing his way in through a different entrance. If the owners see this review, give this manager and cashier a bonus or extra something. They were professional, prompt, and friendly DESPITE the behavior of the patrons. That cashier working morning shift on 5/22 is a saint.”

“I used to work at a location in Washington quite a few years ago and it's still as delicious as I remember. They don't carry my favorite item any more but the chai tea and turkey on asiago is still amazing. The only thing bad that still hasn't changed since I left my old job was that they still haven't figured out a way to not run out plain bagels two hours after opening. Still worth it though.”
