“It was crazy busy. Drive thru line was wrapped around the building and equally busy inside. It was a bit of a wait but, no one was complaining. The employees were moving like they could hear each other thoughts. No one was bumping into each other, no one was not moving, the ingredients area was clean and blenders were cleaned and put back into rotation - like it was just a normal, quiet day. Incredible. “As an avid eater and taster of barbecue, I can say that Pappas is your average barbecue with decent food and staff, though space is pretty limited especially at the entrance. The location is convenient though, since there's a coffee place right next to it. You can easily get a cup of coffee and go next door for some decent barbecue. Overall, not a bad place, though there is better not too far away.”

“Great experience! Went Sunday morning around 9am. Though it looked crowded, we were seated immediately. Our server, Danielle, was fantastic! Friendly and quick! We made adjustments to our orders, and our food came quickly, was hot, and was exactly how we asked for it. It became more crowded while we were there, but Danielle handled all of her tables with ease and was still attentive to us. It seemed like all of the servers that morning were really on the ball. We had a great time and great food. I will definitely ask for Danielle when we go back!”

However, there's no label for the toppings and the staff are not very familiar with the toppings. Also, the lock on the ladies room doesn't work.”

“Honestly I was really skeptical at first. We were the only people in there the prices we kinda high. However I was very pleasantly surprised. We got the meat lovers pizza and it was loaded with high quality meats. I had to get a fork because it was so loaded that meat kept falling off. Plus it was good quality cheese. $15 for a medium pizza was well worth it for the quality. I definitely will be going back again”

“The crawfish is always GREAT, I always enjoy my food here. I love to go here because it is so convenient for me but I can't stand to go back to enjoy a meal because of the staff. The girls at the counter are rude, don't pay attention when you are giving them your order and are constantly talking and playing around behind the counter and don't ever seem to check on their customers. “Great layover stay near Gearge HW Bush Intercontinental Airport! For under $100/night I was met by Sam at the reception desk l, who was very welcoming, nice, and professional! Probably one of the nicest receptionists I've ever encountered! The king room was very spacious, clean, and modern. I was also surprised to see a walk-in shower, which I've never seen in a hotel at this price point! I highly recommend staying at Sleep Inn & Suites!”
