The pho shack

My Sunday afternoon visit came after a Saturday full of beer drinking and swimming on lake Travis so I was in need of something to balance me out. Upon entering the place was empty. Maybe I was the last of the hungover to show up. I was greeted and told to sit where ever I’d like. The waiter took my order which was the Vietnamese egg rolls and prime rib pho. While waiting I noticed the facility was well kept with modern music playing and contemporary decor. Both dishes came out fairly quick as most pho places do. The Vietnamese egg rolls were good, I wanted to try something different but kind of wished I’d gotten the spring rolls. The pho is nothing short of great, overall this place was very good and I recommend if you’re looking for something to help soothe a hangover. If I could make one suggestion for the owners, changing the spoon in the chili garlic paste on the table and cleaning the top with a towel. The lid was dirty and the spoon was kind of gross.

This was some of the best Pho and spring roll I have ever had!

This place just opened and needless to say I was excited. We walked in and the waitress was super friendly and very helpful. I ordered some Beef Pho and the broth was out of this world! Top 3 Pho places I've ever been to.
