Aji Robota & Ramen Tomball

I was pleasantly surprised to find a really cool Robata & Ramen restaurant in this area.

I LOVE the interiors of the restaurant! It has so much character reminiscent of ramen places I frequent in LA.

They have a pretty creative selection for their Robata and Ramen menu.

My favorite from the Robata Grill was their Scallop on the shell. It was beyond delicious!

As for the ramen, I chose the classic Aji Tonkatsu. It was well presented, the noodles were perfect. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because I think the broth was a little under seasoned and was lacking that extra umami I've experienced from really great ramen restaurants.

Overall though this was a great find!

My friend brought me here and it was a wonderful experience! I love the restaurant! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a wonderful staff and friendly atmosphere. The food was worth every single penny. Their ramen is worth the drive.

First time trying Aji, so nice to have a Robata place on the north side of Houston. Place is small and cozy but the staff and food are on point. Everything we ate was delicious. We ordered the more adventurous dishes...jellyfish salad and duck carpaccio...I loved them both. Expect a bit of a wait if you go at peak times but the tables seem to open up pretty quickly. It’s been a week since we visited and now we are craving for more!

Another incredible Ramen experience. Second time here in a week. First time was so good, I had to come back for more. Best Ramen I have had yet, and I eat a lot of Ramen. Flavor is incredible and the ingredients are all really fresh. Pork broth is cooked for 18 hours!! You know things are good when they are so proud of their product, they put a window into the kitchen so you can see them at their craft. Also had duck breast with a red wine reduction which was excellent. Not only is the food fabulous, the service is friendly, genuine and fast. Overall a wonderful experience. So happy we have this in the neighborhood!!

Excellent new ramen place. Food was very flavorful and the wait staff was very attentive and helpful. Our waiter thoroughly explained the menu and was very considerate of our 4 yr old twins. The atmosphere was very relaxed and food was very good. I would highly recommend giving it a try.
