Whataburger

Love this location. There is a very tall guy who usually works the outside line in the drivethru. He absolutely puts a smile on my face every morning I come through. He is a model of great customer service! The team lead with the short hair and glasses that works mornings is also great, she always gets my order correct and is super friendly.

Went to the location near The Woodlands near Walmart on Kuykendahl, aways good as usual. I would recommend here. Service is always friendly and fast here for me.

My hat's off to Matt, the manager at #1130. I walked into the front door and was immediately greeted by several people. The woman operating the counter was pleasant and personable as she took my order. While waiting the very short time that it took for my order to be ready (seriously, only about 4 minutes), I looked around an was very impressed by the condition of the restaurant. There was not one single table in the whole dining room with trash or crumbs left by the previous occupants. Every table was sparkling clean. I looked at the floor and was amazed at how clean it looked particularly during the lunch rush on Monday. I know that the manager's name was Matt because he personally made rounds through the dining room making sure that none of his customers were wanting for anything. In today's world of lackluster service and lackadaisical employees that always appear to be hating the job that they're doing, it's refreshing to see a service business that actually believes in 'service'. Again - hat's off to Matt. I'll be back!

Greeted with a smile and asked about my day that is always welcomed. Food was great too. Clean restaurant. Really enjoyed it and manager walked around and asked how everything was. I liked that. They really take pride in what Whataburger is all about.
