“I've driven past this place a few times in the last few weeks, I live about 10 minutes away. I heard about this restaurant on Cypress Foodies, a FB group. My wife and I were in the mood for something different than our usual local restaurants. This is the best Columbian restaurant I've been to in the Cypress/Spring/Tomball area! The prices are great, the food quality and taste are phenomenal! The food was not greasy and not dried out like other Columbian restaurants around the city. We ordered the Bandeja Paisa (plate), Patacón Relleno (similar to a sanwhich) and from the bakery we ordered 1 Buñuelo & 1 Pandebono. The bakery goods were eaten before I could take pics, lol! This was enough food for 3 people and we were still not able to eat it all! The service was great and they do speak English and Spanish! My wife and I plan to go back to sit and eat as the ambiance was very welcoming. They do have TV's inside which I like. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the goodness! Don't wonder if you should eat here, just go and decide for yourself. You won't be sorry, I promise! This place will definitely be one of our go-to's in the area. I'm not sure if it's family owned and operated, but it definitely feels that way. The employees at the register were more than helpful as my wife and I had some questions about the menu and bakery items. If you and your family are looking for something other than the usual, this is your place!”

“I've read the reviews prior to arriving to Mike and Mike's Southern Food and have found none of the negative reviews regarding the food to be my experience. I ordered three different entrees and enjoyed each plate thoroughly. The food was not over nor under seasoned and is pictured in the initial fashioned it was cooked and plated. Any condiments added to the food is done so by the customer after they receive their food. Constructive criticism = lemons to lemonade. I thank the previous reviewers for it as my food came out all the better. Matter of fact, I'll be there again today as my third visit when it opens at 4pm. The owners are friendly and don't mind talking to you about their food (how prepared, prepped, etc.). Well, at least they didn't mind speaking to myself and my guest as we initiated friendliness with them. The atmosphere was also relaxing and calm during my first two visits as well. No complaints here!!!”

“Love this place. Great locals spot with good service and good drinks. The food is done by a family, and they are wonderful. I suggest the fried chicken salad. It's not on the menu, but it is the best!”

“Great restaurant! The staff are all very kind and attentive. The food came out nice and hot. Ordered the 5/5 Fish & Shrimp with a side of dirty rice and cheese grits. All the food was very tasty nice and crispy fish. My favorite was the cheese grits they were so creamy and cheesy. Will be coming back. Definitely a great place to have around here to get some good Cajun food!”

“So I loved the atmosphere of the area. It does get a little confusing with ordering at one location but moving towards the end for checking out. But I think I understand it if it was busy. Not a bad location. Food took a bit to come out and about ten minutes between the two meals we grabbed. Thankfully my husband gave me a chip to hold over till mine arrived 😂 I’m not sure if we forgotten about or not but we were chatting for awhile. I do wish they had a bit more to choose from for fresh baked goods but we did arrive after lunch. So they could have been bought earlier. I was hoping the room off to the side would have been full with baked goods but it does have a space for a bigger family area.”

“The elote was great! They give you a base and there’s a bar for you to add the chile, Valentino, and other things to spice it up. They’re really friendly and happy to explain the menu to you if you have any questions. They have a lot of interesting-looking things to try and they have a lot more photos on their insta @munchieslabtx. I’m pretty sure I’ll be back to try more.”

“Poor overall experience. Not a good start for a brand new Whataburger. Clearly lacking proper training and are understaffed. Shouldn’t have rushed the opening. Fries were inedible. Drinks came out (drive thru) 6 minutes after food. No gravy with strips. No ketchup. My sweet and spicy bacon burger was delicious so that is the only reason I am not leaving 1 star. Will update this review the more I come to see if improvements are made. And I hope they are. This is too close to home and I’m too big of a Whataburger fan for this place to remain terrible. Edited stars for a much better second experience. I will continue to update as I continue to return. Currently 3/5.”

“We have wanted to try Olio & Farina for a while now.It is very nicely decorated and has a bar. My husband and I both decided to try the pizza tasting experience. We both really enjoyed trying flavors that we would never have ordered. The Apps and Caesar salad were delicious. As was their crust!! Three types of dessert pizza!!! Our server Dane was great as were everyone working tonight. We are looking forward to stopping again. I would probably just order a margherita pizza and salad!!”

“The food was great! I got the 2 spicy chicken strips with the waffles and a side of waffle fries. The chicken strips were the star of the show!! Very juicy and great flavor. It wasn't too hot, just right. The waffle fries were very crispy and tasted awesome. I dipped my chicken and fries in ranch with is $0.50 extra. The waffles had a cinnamon flavor and the syrup seems more honey like to me. They are a bit thick for my preference but they were still fine! Customer service was awesome, they are very friendly people! Edit: I recently came by again and I tried the Mac and cheese with two cajun tenders. The tenders were still delicious of course. For me the Mac and cheese felt more like a macaroni salad as it didn't have much of a cheesy taste and tasted like the sauces that were on top, (idk what they were) they were kind of sweet. It threw me off a bit but I still enjoyed my meal. I will definitely be coming back again.”

“Wow! The flavors and experiences indeed are unique. The owner is super nice and put a lot of love into each dish. The Cachapa was on point and the grilled beef was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The ceviche had an amazing presentation as well. Great job and wish you a continued success.”

“My friend and I had such a great time at the first soufflé class, held at The Woodlands location! We had 12 in our group, and everyone was so friendly. Chef explained the process of making a soufflé, and we got to make our own dessert: a raspberry soufflé. We learned a lot! I definitely recommend the class. Service was wonderful, and the food was fabulous. Make sure to try the lemonade or limeade! They are so refreshing! It was my friend’s first time at Rise. By the time we were finished with our 3 course meal, we had planned to go back with more friends and husbands too!”

“Went here on a Friday night, let me tell you it was a happening place for sure. The place was packed. The margaritas were flowing and fajitas were sizzling. Great little place to enjoy some Mexican food. A little higher on their prices which I was taken back by. Chips (thicker chip) and salsa was good. Service on drinks was wonderful. Made sure our tea was topped offed. Our food took a little while to come out but they were very busy. Our waiter was very nice. I would recommend this place. The only down fall was it was very hot in there. So we will wait to come back when the weather is cooler. Hot food and hot air doesn’t mix well.”

“If this place has as patio, Julios would be out of business. I freaking love Julios.... But I just discovered birria a few months ago and am addicted. LF has it. Indoor play ground? Yes please. House Margarita sucks, but then again ALL silver tequila does. I will die on that Hill. I would definitely recommend and well be going back!”

“Over all its okay. We may try again. However, after I got home I saw the pizza rolls were burnt and tasted burnt. Not sure yall would think that was okay seeing it being burnt. The frozen Margaritas-gross. We did get a free little pizza with their coupon which was nice for my little girl. Another update: chocolate cake tasted like plastic. I don't remember it tasting like that at the other store. So either it was old or the storage messed up the taste.”
