Top notch place! Just had lunch there, the Delta shrimps are out of this world, heck even my kids mac and cheese was delicious. Our server Zach was awesome. Knowledgable, kind and super attentive! Thank you Zach, as a mom of 2 young kids, this was the most relaxing part of my day and I owe it to you and the rest of the staff!!

My server, Addie, was phenomenal. Having been a waiter years ago, I can be hard to please. I was amazed at how prompt and intuitive she was. My glass was never empty, but I didn't feel smothered, and this was all between pleasant exchanges with her.. Be sure to ask for her if you visit; her service was extraordinary.
The brisket had an excellent char, but wasn't dry. Expertly trimmed with a rub that will make your mouth water, it was an excellent dish and not at all what I expected from a chain restaurant.
Honestly it was some of the best BBQ I've had in the area.
The only issue is the pricing of all the items that are not considered BBQ. They are exorbitant to see the least.
All in all, I would give Delta Blues a try the next time you are out and about and have extra money to spare for a delicious meal.

This is my first time in Texas. We were driving from cruise ship to hotel and spotted Pappas as we were driving by it and had to loop around. So glad we did. 5 stars for the food and service. Price was a little higher than I normaly spend but worth it. I will brag to my friends and family back home in NH about how tasty it was

We came here to celebrate a birthday. The food was delicious- we ordered a BBQ feast (brisket, smoked turkey, smoked chicken, sausage, pulled pork, boudin and three bottomless sides) for a family of 4-6. Everything was cooked to perfection. When one of our party accidentally broke her plate, our fantastic server (Joseph) immediately cleared everything away and brought her new food. The food was amazing, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was comfortable and friendly.

OMG! This spot was recommended by a coworker and I'm hooked! Great service, great food and I'm in love with the pecan pie dessert. I've .ever eaten sausage with cheese--been missing out according to the jalapeno cheese sausage here. This was the best barbecue dinner I've eaten out in years! Can't wait to go back for their specials and other dishes. It is pricey, but I truly feel it's worth it.
