“Absolutely amazing. I went by myself for Brunch on Sunday around 1. Reserved a table online but it wasn’t crowded so I was able to walk right in. The ambiance is breathtaking, a great “vibe” as those may say. The music was nice (ranging from old school R&B to pop), it wasn’t overcrowded, everyone was spaced out, the views were so unique. The food was great! I ordered the fried chicken & biscuit, really good, large portion for 1. I got a complimentary mimosa for reserving a table online. The food did take a long time to come out, it seemed like it was only 1 waiter for the entire restaurant but I was able to take some selfies & got another complimentary mimosa for the wait. I think the prices are comparable to any other Houston place! I’d definitely visit again! If you want a chill brunch spot with some good scenery, I’d strongly recommend.”

“Quaint little coffee shop near Montrose and the fourth ward. It's a little easy to miss while driving as it's in between two other buildings, but look for the large banner (pictured) with Native Coffee logo on the black fence decorated in vines. Parking is also a little tricky. You go slightly past the coffee shop and turn right at the mechanic/body shop. There's free parking in that large parking lot on the right, despite the parking signs threatening to be towed (confirmed by the employee at Native Coffee). Once you walk in, there's a beautiful patio and inside you'll find a clean, small coffee shop that looks newly renovated. The worker was great and I think I might have spotted the owner in the back working on sandwiches. They have a great menu but went basic and got my usual ice vanilla latte. There's roughly 15 tables and plenty of space when I visited. Only downside is that there were only a few outlets I could spot, but not an issue while I was there. Looked like they had a lot of customers from the neighborhood and a few from the car shop. Definitely check it out!”

“Quite pricey. The ingredients are high quality (you can taste it!). Soft serve type gelato is something I hadn’t tried outside of chinatown, so this was exciting. Overall a nice little treat that doesn’t feel overwhelming: not big and not overly sweet. The espresso pulls are fantastic.”

“Good selection, located right inside the JCC so easy access for anyone there. They have many packaged items, but what they prepare is very good.”

“Only took a few orders for Brooke and two other baristas to remember my order. I use mobile order so it's ready when I get there. Today 9/15/22 the barista (a guy) told me my drink was made with love. That made my day!! I now wait to get my latte at this location closer to my work instead of the Starbucks closer to my apartment.”

“Great selection of bourbon, Whiskey and whisky, aka scotch. The food was excellent! Kids chicken tenders are real chicken tenderloins not pieces parts glued together! The burger bowl was excellent and very filling. The egg on top was cooked perfectly. The chicken fried steak was very large, and more than a healthy 28 year old man could eat. The play yard could use some newer toys..”

“So much fun! We truly enjoyed this experience. Not sure if the hot dogs are kosher or not, but they were HUGE and really good! We also got a ring donut. Kind of reminded me of Brazilian cheese bread in texture. REALLY enjoyed that! Wish they were served hot though.”

“This place was just bought out a few months ago. I come here to study during the day for a low key quiet experience in the library. I had the pleasure of sitting next to the new owner and they seem like very nice people who gave this place the make over it needed. At night this place is PACKED but worth it with seemingly low wait times to be seated. The food is great and the ambiance and the aesthetic is even better!”

“Came across this restaurant when looking for some great coffee. Let me tell you the coffee ☕️ here is mind blowing AMAZING!!!! If you are a baklava lover then you will be in heaven. They have 8 different kinds that are made fresh daily. I tried their chocolate baklava with my coffee while there, but picked up two walnut traditional baklavas and one apple baklava that looked amazing as well for later tonight. The young friendly lady that waited on me was named Deli and she recommended trying the Americano and it did not disappoint. The Turkish coffee was favorable, and very smooth even though it was a dark coffee. The establishment was very clean and had lots of space for people to kick back in. I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area or even make a special trip. I haven't tried their lunch that they offer, but this morning the aromas that were coming from the kitchen smelled divine! If you are looking for an amazing place then look no further you will be glad that you stopped by.”

“We came here for a brunch, this was a really good experience. The food is really delicious and big portions, not samples like other places. We had the brisket scramble and brisket tacos I think. I also liked the mocha, it was really sweet, I didn't need to add any sugar. The place is busy on weekend. I would come back here again.”

“OMG, I ordered the build an omelet. It was the best omelet I have ever had. All ingredients were fresh. I will order or dine in again. Fantastic food. I hope next time they are not out of biscuits and gravy.”

“My Honest Review: Staying in the area over the weekend, and decided to give them a try. The sign says 'Under New Management" so I have to base this upon my present experience, and not the previous reviews. Ordered a Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissant (Good); Two Cake Donuts (Horrid), but they added the Mini Cinnamon Rolls (Those are the most dangerous mini Cinnamon Rolls I've ever had). The Cinnamon Rolls will get you in trouble, good is not an adequate way to describe them. The Cake Donuts needs a new recipe. The customer service was good.”

“The staff was very nice and helpful. The snack were perfect especially on a hot day. Everything was refreshing and made perfect from the snowballs to the ice cream to the elote. Family and community friendly. Drive-thru or walk up window.”

“They are so nice there and the cups come in A large size. Each drink cost about 7$ and the boba is a couple cents. I paid 17 dollars for 2 drinks, one bobo and the other triple boba. Their set up there is so cute and they have a little background that you can take pictures on. Absolutely love that place they have so many flavors you can pick from or you can always customize the flavor you want. I recommend Taro or Taro coconut. It is really sweet and very savor. PS. Sorry my drink is practically empty it's too good, it's strawberry...”

“This place is definitely much appreciated in the area. My son really wanted a cookies and cream milkshake, but they were out. They were able to come up with an alternative for him that tastes very similar, but according to my very picky son, it tasted even BETTER than a normal cookies and cream milkshake AND it was blue!! The kolaches with cheest are thick and delicious (our favorite place to purchase kolaches in the area). I normally get their Vietnamese iced coffee (not pictured) , and BOY does it pack a punch! It definitely gets me through my long work days. Their prices are very reasonable. And they have a bunch of snack options. Their drive through is very convenient as well!”

“Went here with some friends today. Unfortunately forgot to take pictures. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wings, and they were fairly decent. Came in a order of 8 drums and flats. Good size, good sauce, really can't complain for 10 bucks. My friend got the butter chicken fries, which weren't that good. Fries were soggy, way too much curry and hardly any chicken, and added too much cheese, which shouldn't have been in there in the first place. I went in a group of about 20-25, and I'm pretty sure we were one of their first larger parties, so the food came out a little late, but I'm not really gonna hold that against them since they're fairly new. I also ordered some chicken tenders, and after a while when I went to go check on my order, they told me they ran out of them. However, they gave me a full refund and threw in a free order of plain wings. TLDR; Most food is good, prices are reasonable, don't go in large parties if you didn't inform them ahead of time unless you want to experience wait.”

“Wanted to update my review. The food is consistently good and we usually go for a "cowboy" breakfast. The kids call eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy this growing up. I love the feel of "Mayberry". Best coffee in the thick mugs and there is counter seating. It is definitely a step back in time! Step back in time!”

“My Uncle and Fiance told me about this gem! It's located in Old Town Humble. It's in an historic building. It has great Old Town ambiance! Old General store feel, antiques and great food! It's a bit on the expensive side but well worth the great home town cooking! They even make their own sodas! Which is so awesome and taste great! Want some good home cooking? Humble City Cafe is the place, bring your appetite!”

“Probably my new favorite restaurant in Midtown. I've tried a lot of burgers in midtown at more expensive, more popular diners. This is definitely the best. Near perfect burger and seasoned hand-cut fries. And at a competitive price. Cool staff. Laid back environment. Not pretentious.”
