“Picked up some pastries at about 9:30 am sunday Oct 15. They were so soft & some were even warm. Try the empanadas with no sugar but order early or pre order. Also we preordered a Tres Leches cake for a birthday. It was a bargain to me for about $35.00 & super delicious. I cant believe we have such a great bakery for Mexican pastries near by it’s hard to just buy a couple of things, i always walk out with more than i planned.”

“I've been in Kyle for 16 years, and finally came to Texas Pie Co today (4/11/19). I ordered the ham quiche w/ salad, and a 4" Dutch Apple Pie. The quiche is best I've had outside of Austin. Very tasty, very fluffy, and the crust was nice and flaky. The salad was nice and crisp. The vinaigrette was excellent. The apple pie....deeeeeelicious. Not too sweet, but sweet enough to enjoy. Will have to go back and try other options they have.”

“Food was great, ordered cinnamon rolls after meal but they assumed it was for to go and we wanted to eat them at that time. Asked for plates and began to eat then realized they were not hot. I wished they would habe asked if it was for here or to go. Cinnamon rolls don't taste near as good when they are cold.”
