“So I have been living in Kyle, TX for a year now and never thought to stop by this place until now! It is a great bar with a great staff. The staff are friendly down home folks who make you feel welcome and the cute bartender is a dear! It can be hard to spot if you are driving by through main street but it's not far from the place with big pie on it. From first glance, it kinda looks like a place where you don't want to hang, but the atmosphere and feel is quite the opposite. On Monday thru Thursday they have free pool from 5-7 and that's during happy hour. There's only one pool table however. There are plenty of TV along the wall and over the bar area to watch games. There is also a small arcade in the back along with a stage. This was a good find right here in little, fast growing Kyle! It you want a great place to hang with no drama, Papa Jack's is that place!!”

“I've been in Kyle for 16 years, and finally came to Texas Pie Co today (4/11/19). I ordered the ham quiche w/ salad, and a 4" Dutch Apple Pie. The quiche is best I've had outside of Austin. Very tasty, very fluffy, and the crust was nice and flaky. The salad was nice and crisp. The vinaigrette was excellent. The apple pie....deeeeeelicious. Not too sweet, but sweet enough to enjoy. Will have to go back and try other options they have.”

“Love their BBQ here!! It is the only one in Kyle also which is nice. Fried okra and brisket are my favorite. Mac and cheese is delicious and so are the ribs. My husband likes the loaded spud. “This restaurant is awesome. The food is fantastic. Service is a little slow, but that's the thing about this place; it's a slow paced, open environment. Traffic noise is a little bit of an issue being an outdoor eatery, but you'll never be stuck waiting in line at this little dive. It's Kyle's best known secret! The name's a little weird though, but industrial/punk sounding. Badass. You won't be disappointed (Unless you're pressed for time. You're gonna be standing a while before they get to you).”

“This is a response to Ashley Fernandez's review. I am the manager here at Pho 99 and, in my defense, there was a lot more to this situation than what was commented here. I believe I handled this situation with professionalism and courtesy even apologizing to you when there was a miscommunication about "smart remarks". I simply (and kindly) asked you to pay for your order, nothing more. Even offering to take your credit card information over the phone so you didn't have to come back to the restaurant. Not once did I "demand" anything from you. I also thought after the mishap with your order, and the confusion at the restaurant, that an offer to have a discount on your next order would be a nice gesture. It was in no way meant as a joke or to offend you. I sincerely hope you will reconsider your decision to revisit Pho 99. Again, as I said last night, we apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your business.”
