Bill Miller BBQ

Stopped in for the first time. We were very impressed. The brisket and sausage were as good as we have ever had. The service was some of the best I have ever seen. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. We meet Jimmy, the manager. He was extremely nice and invited us back.

First time at a Bill Miller's BBQ.
I must say for fast food, Bill Miller's is pretty alright. Also the prices were reasonable. No wonder this chain is popular. The BBQ is okay, not great, but not terrible either. I enjoyed my beef sandwiches and my boyfriends brisket sandwich was also enjoyable. I will totally go here again. If you want awesome BBQ this isn't the place, go eat Black's or Hays County. If you just want a quick bite on a budget you'll strike gold here :)

First time there. That brisket and carne guisada taco was totally awesome. The only thing better was the fantastic service. Well done. We will be coming back. Fantastic

More stars if only the tenders was slightly bigger and more juicy..the fries were great for the size of them but needs more flavor then just salt..I will come back only to try the brisket next time.... and yes the staff is awesome, quick and very accurate with my order..
