I think that changing from this concept to a full service concept with a full wait staff would alleviate the long wait times for food. And alleviate the kitchen being bombarded with tickets. Also the customers would feel like tipping 20% is worth it.”

“I've been in Kyle for 16 years, and finally came to Texas Pie Co today (4/11/19). I ordered the ham quiche w/ salad, and a 4" Dutch Apple Pie. The quiche is best I've had outside of Austin. Very tasty, very fluffy, and the crust was nice and flaky. The salad was nice and crisp. The vinaigrette was excellent. The apple pie....deeeeeelicious. Not too sweet, but sweet enough to enjoy. Will have to go back and try other options they have.”
