“A good restaurant for students. When I don't get breakfast in my house and I'm on campus, I prefer to go to this restaurant than buy something in the student union because we can eat whatever we want for approximately the same price (in this case was $11 in 2022).”

“Another good place for taco lovers. But they have 2 veg options only, as I was specific about halal tacos 🫣 I tried the Mofaux and fried avocado tacos, those are good. And also bean and cheese taco for my baby, but she’s too small to taste the tortilla by herself 😂 so I fed her the mixture and she enjoyed it. Their interior was nice but needed to be a little more clean. Better luck to me for next time.”

“So far my favorite restaurant here in Lubbock . Never experienced anything like it and I am a curry fanatic ! I absolutely love curry and the flavor profiles of what I’ve had so far have never been short of amazing . Great portions . Nearly about 2-3 servings for me in one curry dish . I love the Masala fries also but so far my favorite curry dishes are the Aloo Saag, (which is what is photographed here) , and the Goan Vindaloo. I always get the garlic naan opposed to original . I love their point system cause I usually get my garlic naan free with my points . I definitely planned to try other dishes , and have but these are simply my favorites. I love the atmosphere, the music , the team , the complimentary peppermints , and the beautiful plants inside . This location (Texas tech) I prefer over the other . The chefs are fantastic ! These are very intentional recipes down to the basmati rice style which is quite unique . These ppl know their herbs and seasons very well . And the textures are wonderful . I cook too so i am very flavor aware and tend to be very selective with my preferences . Sure to get you full and have some for later . Very colorful menu and wholesome personalities ! 5 stars ! 🪅🌟🌟🌟🪅😋”

“I had been craving their soft chicken tacos and when we ordered we didn’t realize they heard beef. Got home and was sad I didn’t have chicken, when I called I’m not sure who I spoke to but she was super nice and very understanding. Went back and the manager gave us the correct plates no problem. Food was delicious and service was exceptional 10/10 would highly recommend, best rosas in town hands down.”

“This place has the absolute best BBQ and even better customer service! The food and sides are all amazing. We've had the brisket, pork ribs, beef ribs, and turkey- it's all so good. We also love their loaded potato salad and pinto beans. Aside from mouth-watering BBQ, what keeps us coming back every weekend is the ladies at the counter! They truly care about their customers and it's the most welcoming atmosphere. We love waking in here because of the employees and how incredible they are! Pro tip: Recommend getting here as early as possible- with food this good they do sell out! We go right after church on Sunday to make it in time for beef ribs :)”

“I can't even express how much I love this place! The atmosphere is adorable and all honey bee themed!🍯🐝 Being a beekeeper, I felt so at home and surrounded by things I love. I had the Ruben 1/2 sandwich combo with pasta salad and veggie soup. It was delicious, and very filling. It's very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the price was nice. Oh and last and most important, the Lemonade Pie was fabulous!”

“We had chicken 65, chili chicken, chicken jalfrezi with lemon rice. All the chicken items were excellent. The lemon rice was regular, didn’t have any lemony fragrance. I would got here again to have their food. Happy eating!”

“Second weekend in a row picking up curry chicken (chicken, green & red bell peppers & onion in curry gravy) with steamed rice. It’s so good, great for cold weather! It has a kick to it, but was not too hot, and I made a point to pick out big chunks of the hot red pepper. I did add salt to the entree both times to bring out the flavors, def recommend doing that. The eggrolls are delicious too. One came with the entree last week and I liked it so much that I got an order today. Their online ordering is SO simple! It is not a very appealing building, or inside, but don’t let that deter you.”

“They're pricey but high quality, and you can taste it in their food. My only problem with Starbucks is they didn't say they didn't have something until I was there asking for my order. The staff were very nice and helpful though, and recommended one of their other sandwiches (I went to an expensive coffee shop for lunch I know 🙄). Their little lunch boxes are delicious too, but the dried fruit wasn't completely dried which is really my only complaint. The drink (strawberry acai) was delicious and had fresh strawberries in it. Only thing about the substitute for my sandwich (which came out in 3 minutes very hot and fresh) was that the cheese was melted all over the bread and the ham was dripping juices (still debating on whether or not it was a bad thing 😏). Overall, definitely coming again... when I get another gift card.”

“Went in for a to go order (didn't order ahead). Other reviews mentioned the longer wait and that's pretty accurate. It was also a bit more expensive than I expected. That aside, the women's who took our order was nice. Once we got our food and headed home we were very happy, chicken was still very hot and crunchy. The spicy tastes great but the original has more flavor. The chicken legs were enormous as we're the chicken strips. The waffle fries are from frozen (can see them using the bags waiting) but tasty in need of salt. The dumplings were pretty run of the mill but good. The chicken though was spectacular and well definitely try something new when we return.”

“Quite extraordinary for a fast food restaurant and its prices, Rosa's has a wide selection of Mexican food and freshly made tortillas. Friendly service and quick service line. Their beef and chicken choices are a higher level of quality and taste than much of fast food's questionable ground beef. The decor is festive and comfortable. Table service for drinks the last time that we were there. Choice of real silverware vs plastic when you are dining in. Definitely a cut above restaurants in its price range.”

“All the ice cream tastes so good. Staffs are friendly. They treat covid 19 so seriously even now so I believe they treat food and their business very seriously and with heart. After they touch money, they clean their hands before serve food. Hope could be back to try their food.”

“Billie, my waitress, approached and checked on me 5 out of the 10 times, a smiling waitress that was technically responsible for the table in front of me checked on me 2 times, another really friendly waitress struck up an entertaining conversation about me bringing my own bottle of Malt Vinegar to eat on my fish (I love the stuff on fish!) twice during my dining experience, and then another waitress working tables near the exit door thanked me for coming in! I don't know if Greg G., a cook, was responsible for my delicious and perfectly prepared meal, but I was 100% satisfied with my fish entree. Red Zone you really rocked it last night, and I wanted to let you know. It warms my soul to see all the veterans and local police officers consistently in the restaurant. Thank you again for being AMAZING, and I can't wait to see y'all again soon!”

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bom Brazil Acai Bowls in Lubbock, Texas, and I must say that it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The acai bowls themselves are simply amazing. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality, and the flavor combinations are creative and delicious. I appreciated the wide range of options available, from classic fruit blends to more complex and indulgent toppings. The attention to detail and commitment to using only the freshest ingredients is evident in every item on the menu. The service at Bom Brazil was also exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my order was perfect and that I had a great experience. I appreciated their commitment to providing excellent customer service. Overall, I highly recommend Bom Brazil Acai Bowls to anyone in the Lubbock area who is looking for a healthy and delicious treat. “I picked up my order from the drive thru on 4/11 around 6:25. I ordered online and got a large pepperoni pizza and the large Philly for $21, which was an amazing price. I ended up adding on a cinnamon roll bread type thing which was $6 as well. The pizza was hot even after I got it home and dished out! The pepperoni was a little spicy and pretty greasy but delicious. The Philly was great as well, and not as greasy as the pepperoni. The iced bread situation was actually better than I thought; it came with the icing packet that you have to put on yourself. My one year old couldn’t eat enough of it! Recommended to family and friends! Can’t wait to eat here again on Thursday! If you love pizza, you’ll love this place! **update more photos of pizza”
