Hecho En Waco Mexican Cuisine

It was raining terrible and we decided to get off the freeway in Waco. We’re going to go to the Silos and magnolia bakery but decided to eat at this place. Whoa!! Very good. Had brunch menu. Barbados beef was amazing. Pineapple margarita x2 was great. Stop in here if you get a chance. I wish I knew our servers name. She was a doll. My daughter and I came in here for lunch while shopping. It was worth it! Our lunch was delicious! Our waiter did a great job of recommending things. We got our Mexican fix here

It is not true authentic Mexican food BUT it gets the job done. It is way better than some other "Mexican" restaurants in Waco. The drinks are great! The best time is to go is during happy hour when the margaritas are on special. The staff is great especially Dee who is one of the manager. The owners are really great, when it gets busy they jump in and help out.

The restaurant was very busy and seemed short staffed. Nonetheless, our experience was wonderful. Diana is fantastic! Although she was not our server, she went out of her way to ensure we had a great experience. Any employer would be lucky to have someone like her who is attentive to her surroundings and hustles to make it all happen. Thank you Diana, you are phenomenal!!
