(May 4, 2019, 5:01 am)The absolute best Smoked Chicken BLT with melted cheddar and aioli on Texas Toast! Just the perfect amount of everything and toasted just perfectly . My husband had the brisket sandwich which he said was also awesome! If we ever make it back to Waco there's no doubt we will be looking up this food truck!! DELICIOUS

(February 8, 2019, 12:22 am)Excellent food and customer service. Everything was seasoned well and fresh. They are located close to the Magnolia Silos and also the Dr. Pepper Museum. It is a food truck and not a restaurant, but they do have a few long picnic tables for dining. They accept debit and credit cards.

(January 6, 2019, 5:49 pm)Hands down the best brisket in town. It's right in front of bare arms brewery, so you can grab a local pint to enjoy with your food. Be aware, they're only open till the food runs out (seems to be around 1:30/2)
