    Had the beef and chicken bowl. Switched out the rice for cabbage and topped it with siracha ranch! Wow! So fresh and flavorful.

    This place was amazing! Great food and a good amount for the price. The guy working the stand was courteous and quick. If I ever go back to the silos it will only to be to go to this food truck.

    Shared the chicken and lemongrass one yesterday when we were visiting the silos and came back today just for lunch before we fly out tomorrow! Awesome food and the customer service is outstanding! Thanks for an awesome meal while visiting the area!
