Panera Bread

Experience with delivery ended up awesome! They forgot to put 2 items in my bag, but when I called that manager was very apologetic. She send the items right away and had them bring a couple of drinks as well! Great customer service.

Excellent food! I had a bacon tomato grilled cheese sandwich. Bread is tasty! Only suggestion I have is a more soup in the bowls. I ate my chicken noodle soup serving quickly. Other than that, good job!

Definitely recommend this place. Beyond excellent service, delicious onion soup and warm Italian sandwich. Will most definitely be coming back and highly recommend it.

Panera: go for the lunch...stay for the Russell.
I went in to grab a quick to-go lunch today and was blown away by the service Russell provided. After ordering through the kiosk, I went to sit by the to-go area. He checked on my order multiple times in the 3 minutes I waited and when it came up I saw him check the bag to make sure everything was in there. To top it off, he was very kind and professional. Decent customer service is hard to find in Waco, so Russell definitely deserves these 5 stars (and more)!
