Good food, quick service, but rude staff in the drive through! Given Waco’s tendency to get fast food orders wrong, my family always does a quick check to make sure everything’s there. The lady at the window didn’t give us 5-10 seconds before she was waiving us on to get rid of us.

We had our dog with us and thus ordered at the drive thru. This site has an unattached patio with a few tables. When paying we ask and were given permission to sit on this patio with our dog. We received delicious food. Several staff members in mask and gloves ask us if we needed anything extra or special and of our general well being. such delightful staff. the manager unasked for even brought ice chips to our dog. Perfect service.

I've gone a few times already and have never had a negative experience. They are out of items during certain times of day but they are courteous and helpful enough to help you find something else. I've been to every Wendy's in Waco over the course of my life and I can safely say this one has been the best. ☺

Clean, nice, extremely friendly. This place is going to be a wonderful addition to the shopping mall. Bringing the latest in easy ordering and fast food technology I am so excited this place is here!
