“If you are looking for a laid back Sunday snack place, this is the place for you! Located in the outskirts of Castroville along Hwy 90, Mr. Penguin offers a great variety of snacks. From Elote en vaso, to mangonadas, rusas and so much more! We had banana splits, to which we got to choose the flavor of the ice cream. The bananas were nice and fresh! We left with a rusa to go, and the flavor was just on point! There is a seating area to enjoy your snacks. Lovely place for a Sunday snack!”
