“We ventured out a little bit and landed at Billy Bob's Burgers in Castroville, TX. Very nice, country, small and cozy place. I ordered a Billy Bob's meal, with onion rings. My boyfriend had the egg cheeseburger. We liked it! A suggestion though, when ordering. Their patties are thin, it would be good to consider doubles. Especially when ordering the Egg burger. Their onion rings are delicious! They melt in your mouth. They have a season all type of seasoning, which goes well with the fries. Staff is friendly, and welcoming. Very clean place.”

“The portions are big. I ordered country fried steak, and it filled the entire plate! They have been there 16 years and I had no idea! We drive past it all the time, but a friend reccomended it so we decided to check it out. The catfish is delicious as well! Everything was very tender. The onion rings could be a meal by themselves too. Got a half order, and the rings were like, the size of my hand. They were nice and hot and crispy! Had to giggle when I saw the salad that came with my steak though. (It's just lettuce and tomato). Will come here again.”

“First time in this specific restaurant and let me tell you about my great experience during my lunch break visit. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful crew which made sure my order was correct and made fresh. While I waited for my order I was approached by a crew member regarding a small mistake made on my order which they quickly and swiftly took care of since I hadn't noticed it. I must admit that I am pretty sure that in a lot of other places I would have had walked out with a wrong order. Thanks again to that friendly crew for making my visit a great one, believe me sometimes them small details go a long way. I will definitely be back.”

They have a good selection of specials. I went back because they make really good green enchiladas. You can have them with the mixed sauce or straight green sauce.
