This place is awesome. It's essentially a place to buy prepared meals that have a specific calorie and protein content. So like meals you would normally eat just made with healthy ingredients. You'd be surprised of the variety and the types food they have. Meals taste great and it's super convenient for me at least. I'd recommend this place for people who want to mix it up with their weekly meals and want to eat healthier. Owners are awesome and is a locally owned business. Check them out, their meals are good.

This place is legit! All kinds of made for you meal preps at a good price. They also sell protein and other quick supplements. The food is really good, i tried a breakfast, lunch and dinner meal prep and all were super good even after reheat. Macros are clear on container, definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to track their meals and needs quick preps.
