The lunch buffet which I have stumbled upon is filled with excellent choices flavorful dishes which are available at a random variety for not only lunch but dinner as well.Plenty to choose from a wide variety of authentic Indian cuisine. As well as a wide variety of beers and wines especially wines
I would recommend this place is a good date night also likely for good catering. I will definitely be back to try some more cuisine to see what else they have to offer. -

I've had better Indian food in Houston at 2 different places, but unfortunately those restaurants seem to have become not so clean so my wife won't go them anymore. This restaurant is not only very clean, the wait staff and managers are extremely friendly and attentive.

(April 9, 2019, 2:00 am)This is my wife's and my favorite Indian restaurant in the Spring/Woodlands area. The food is the delicious, the ambiance is nice, the wait staff is always professional, and the prices are more than reasonable. Also, my wife has a gluten allergy. Even though it's usually a buffet restaurant, they always go out of their way to cook something special for her and make sure there's no cross-contamination. No other local Indian restaurant will do that. Overall, I give Sitar Cuisine of India an A+.
