“Fantastic food and friendly service. Been here a couple times now. First was hibachi which was delicious and our chef was friendly and entertaining. Second was just dine in for sushi which was amazing. This will be our go to hibachi/sushi place. In addition, anyone complaining in any other reviews about price obviously does not eat at many nice hibachi or sushi restaurants. This place isn't McDonald's. The prices are completely within reason and comparable to any other decent hibachi place.”

“My friend and I wanted to try the new restaurant near our house, the Republic Grille. Everything we ordered was excellent. The chicken and sausage gumbo was delicious. The soup is not thin, it's little spicy but delicious. Ordered raspberry martini. Loved it. Our waiter, Jamie A recommended it. Will come back and order again. Then the main entree, we split chicken fried chicken. It's delicious. Then for dessert, we ordered tres leches. That's delicious too. The restaurant manager, Bonnie, was very attentive and made everything running smoothly. This is my new favorite restaurant to go. Not too loud so we can enjoy conversation as well. We had a great time.”

“Came out to off the hook and didn’t really know what to expect. Food was great! Huge portions and great flavor. I was not disappointed. I was really surprised with the individually freshly made mimosas. My favorite thing was the gumbo which wasn’t gritty and had a flavorful roux. Also had some hush puppies with a cheese fondue, we used the fondue as a dip for our fries because we just could not stop eating it.”

“I went to eat here with my brother, sister-in-law, niece and nephew. The food was so amazing, every bite had its own unique taste from all the spices to the herbs used. Everything was PERFECT from the taste, to the temperature, and to the way the food was portrayed like a work of art. The environment was really welcoming and peaceful. The owner of the restaurant is a really humble, caring guy!! He made sure we were good and recommended us some items in the menu. He even made conversation with us and taught us about his culture, which is super amazing when trying out new food because it lets you travel without leaving your hometown. I would definitely go back and HIGHLY recommend people to go try this marvelous cuisine!! Also, the chicken was juicy and the mango drink was MUAH! Really excellent!!”

“I absolutely LOVE this place!! I eat here all the time. They have cans of unsweetened green tea, unsweetened oolong tea, and milk coffee here that are really good. The appetizers: Their ika (squid) squewers are very flavorful, the takoyaki is to die for because it's so crunchy and fresh, the onigiri is sweet and savory, chicken squewers can be dry sometimes but they have good flavor too. The ramen: The vegan ramen with the kale noodles and soy broth is WAY BETTER than I ever expected!! I love their kale noodles more than the house noodles actually!! The katsu chicken ramen has good flavor and the crispy chicken can be pretty dry but when it soaks up the ramen broth it's so tasty. The curry chicken ramen was okay, it tastes how you would expect and isn't special in my opinion in comparison to their other bowls.”
